I had placed an order for WD 1TB Black HDD on ebay.in on 12th July 2017 for Rs.6399. It delivered me on 18th July. But when opened the parcel, i found that i have been cheated by ebay and the ebay seller. I found there was a WD 160GB Blue HDD. when i raise a complaint against this issue, and provided some of the images of the item received, they took 13 days and finally rejected my claim by saying the seller is not selling the particular item on ebay.in so he could not send me the same. What nonsense!!!!!!
There was no option to upload video on ebay claim page, and also when i send this video, they said the are unable to view it as it was more than 5mb.. what a shame for ebay.
Ebay, one of the biggest online shopping market, but their reputation is less than a foot path store for just their poor customer services.. They just make people fool by saying "Ebay Guarantee* - Don't Worry Buy Happy".

We will get in touch with you within 48 hours with a resolution. If the dispute is as per the eligibility checks, we shall replace your product or refund your money through PaisaPay.
Please note everyone, ebay guarantee not works like that. They just ignore customers issues.
