The Six Minute HIIT and Abs Workout

Idea One: Taylor Swift Inspired! Leave two sections in front of each ear Pull rest of hair back. With an elastic wrap hair in a bun. For a more full look Pull hair outwards behind ears. Idea Two: Side ponytail look #1 Gather hair over to one side. Grab a little section from the bottom/back and wrap around and around. bobbie pin into place OR (Idea three: Side ponytail #2) Leave a section on opposite side of the ponytail and use elastic to secure . Idea Four: SIde Bun Leave piece of hair down in the front Pull rest of hair into a side bun! EASYYYYY! Idea Five: Snook Pouf! Pull top section of hair back brush out to smooth it nicely Grab the hair as though you were about to put it in a ponytail. But push it forward to create the pouf and clip in place. adjust the pouf and hairspray to stay in place! Idea Six: Messy Bun Gather all hair excluding bangs. Brush out any really big bumps Pull back into a pony and push it forward to create a big of a pouf Put an elastic on it. Split into two sections Grab first section and wrap around into a half bun. 6 Minutes Arm Workout
Hello! My tribe Workout for arm for woman or man very simple to do at home or outdoor without any equipment and weights. A lot of you are requesting for fitness videos for some time now so here goes, easy quick 6 minute video that will make your arms burn. Stand up and extend your arms straight out by the sides. Slowly start to make circles with each outstretched arm. Breathe normally as you perform the movement. Continue the circular motion of the outstretched arms for about fifteen seconds. Then reverse the movement, and move the arms in circles the same way in opposite direction. Push your arms up and down without raising the arms too high or putting them down too low. Just the way I am doing it here, do it fast and quick and feel that fat burn. Now push your arms forward by keeping both them straight. Keep pushing the air front and back for 30 seconds. Keep both your arms straight and fold both your forearms upwards. Push your arms upwards and then get them back gently in the initial position. Repeat for 30 seconds. Now keep one hand still in the same position and do this with just the right hand. Continue for 15 seconds . Repeat the same with your left hand and have some fun! Have both your arms crossed across your chest. Now open both your arms diagonally like I am doing here and then cross them back again. Repeat this for 30 seconds. This will work on your arms and will also help you get those awesome shoulders. Repeat the whole set. If you want you can do 3 sets of these too. Believe me this works, when I don’t have too much time, I do these arm exercises and they keep my arms toned. But as I always say, be consistent, at least do these 3 times a week and after 3 weeks yoy will feel the change. Would love to know your feed back on this blog and video. Love and Health. Bicep Workout (SORE IN 6 MINUTES!)

The sore in 6 minutes series continues with the biceps workout edition. With just one bicep exercise, I’m going to show you how to train your arms hard enough to elicit post workout muscle soreness regardless of how difficult it is for you to do it right now. The biceps exercise used in this workout is the incline variable curl. Choose a dumbbell that represents your 10 rep max on incline bicep curls and perform 5 reps. The key is to lower the dumbbell to a count of 3 seconds and raise it to a count of 1 second. This equals 4 seconds per rep. With each 5 reps completed you should be taking up 20 seconds of time. As soon as you are finished with the incline curl for five reps you sit up and perform 5 seated dumbbell curls using the same tempo and focus on the eccentric contraction. Finally, without resting, lean forward on the bench and perform a leaning drag curl to focus the effort on the contracted range of the bicep curl. Finish with five reps once again. Now, with little to no rest, put down the dumbbells and pick up the next set which should be five pounds less than the ones you were just using. Repeat the entire sequence for the second minute of the workout. Continue dropping five pounds on the dumbbell weight and performing the same three variations of the incline curl until you have completed five minutes of work. Now comes the icing on the cake. Go back to the original dumbbell weight that you were curling with and pick them up once again. This time you are going to be performing eccentric only repetitions. You can do this by sitting up at the end of the bench and hammer curling the weights to your thighs. From here, act as if you are getting ready to lift the dumbbells up to your chest to begin a set of bench press. This means, use your knees to hike the weights up into position. Instead of pressing them from here however you are going to let them drop down as you lean back into the incline bicep curl position. Continue performing these reps for the entire final minute if you are able to. If biceps workout soreness is something that you don’t normally feel, I can guarantee you that this is not going to be a problem after this workout. Now, this is just one way to elicit soreness in your biceps during a workout. There are others that can be done equally effectively and, as you know, it is not a requirement for results depending on what the goal of your training is at the moment. Bodyweight Chest Workout (SORE IN 6 MINUTES!!)

In this 6 minute bodyweight chest workout, you will use nothing but your own body to push your chest to the limit and force new growth using an intense metabolic training effect. You see, high reps does not mean no muscle. If you build up metabolites through your training and push through the burn you can do some serious damage to your muscles and spark new growth even without the heavy weights. This chest workout will do just that to your pecs, that is, if you can last the entire 6 minutes. In this one, I’m including beginner, intermediate and advanced versions to allow you to train your chest regardless what level you are at right now. It involves just two bodyweight chest exercises, dips and pushups. What matters most however is how you perform these movements so that you can keep repping out long after you fatigue on one version of the exercise. We start with the decline pushup. To perform this chest exercise you simply need to elevate your feet onto something higher than the ground behind you. This can be a bench if you are going to do this in the gym or, more likely, a couch or chair in your living room if you are going to be trying this out at home. Either way, you are going to attempt to complete the entire first minute of the workout doing reps of decline pushups. Beginners get to perform them from their knees. Intermediates perform them in standard fashion on their toes. Advanced will do this first chest exercise with a twist to increase the level of difficulty and challenge your pecs even more. If for some reason you are unable to complete the entire one minute of this exercise you will not want to stop. Instead, drop down to the floor and perform the remainder of your time from that position. If you ever had to drop again, you may do so by finishing in the incline position. Likely however, you will not have to drop two times within the first sixty second time period. As soon as you are done, stand up and get in position to do your second and final exercise, the dip. This exercise once again can be performed on a kitchen counter or even the back of a couch if you are going to be doing this at home. There are no excuses for not doing this bodyweight chest workout. The way you do these makes a huge difference however. Do a triple pulse in the top one third of the rep and then drop down into a slow eccentric lowering. Step back up to the top and repeat. Beginners will perform 20 seconds of this and rest the remainder of the second minute. Intermediate will perform 30 seconds and Advanced will perform 40 seconds. Immediately go back to the floor for the third minute of this chest workout, except this time you are going to be performing flat ground pushups for the minute. Here again, beginners can do them from their knees, intermediate from their toes and advanced in twisting pushup fashion. See if you can make it through the entire third minute but drop to the incline version of the pushup if you need to in order to finish out your reps. Back to the dips in the same style for the fourth minute. Finally, finish with the incline pushup done the same way depending on the level of ability you are performing this bodyweight chest workout at. Wrap up your entire workout with one final round of dips and see if you can make it all the way to the end. After you have finished this workout for your chest you will likely be convinced that time is not the measurement of an effective chest workout. How intense you make it will always be the main consideration you should be worried about. Once it's boiling, put three room temperature eggs into the water. Set the timer for exactly 6 minutes (or 5:45 seconds to be safe), and let the eggs boil in the water with the lid off stirring occasionally for even cooking. While the eggs are cooking, prepare your ice water bath. Combine the ice and water into a bowl, and once the timer is off, transfer the eggs into the ice bath. Once the eggs have completely cooled, peel off the shell. Transfer the peeled eggs into a ziploc bag containing the marinade (soy sauce, mirin, and soba sauce).Squeeze all of the air out of the bag. Place a rubber band or chip bag clip as close as you can to the egg to allow the eggs to be completely submerged in the marinade, and place in fridge for 3-5 days. The longer it's in the fridge, the better the product! When you want to eat it, just take it out and cut it in half with a knife! Happy Eating!

The sore in 6 minutes series continues with the chest workout edition. With just a few chest exercises and a single set of dumbbells, I’m going to show you how to train your chest hard enough to elicit post workout muscle soreness regardless of how difficult it is for you to do right now. As you will see, there is no substitute for hard work. This chest workout works by trading in workout length for intensity. The sooner you are able to convince yourself that your effort will determine the ultimate size of your pecs the faster you will be able to get that to happen. That said, it’s time to describe exactly what you need to do in this workout for your chest. Select a pair of dumbbells that is approximately half of what you would use for an 8RM set of dumbbell bench press. This should be slightly heavier than what you would use to perform your normal sets of dumbbell flys. Once selected, lay down on the floor on your back and hoist the dumbbells overhead. You are going to begin with a floor fly. This version of the fly is a far superior one for two reasons. First, you are going to protect the integrity and health of your shoulder joint and chest while being able to overload the exerise more than normal. The second benefit is that you can use a weight that is heavier than what you would normally use for dumbbell flyes. By repositioning the elbows at the bottom of the lift to cheat your dumbbells back to the top, you can overload the eccentric or negative portion of the rep without jeopardizing your shoulders. This is essential for getting the chest soreness that we are after from this pec workout in the first place. Perform this for a minute and immediately proceed to the next exercise. Next up is the upper chest dumbbell pullover. This back exercise can be tweaked to target the upper chest much more by focusing on keeping the elbows much closer together and by initiating the contraction and pullover with the adduction of the upper chest. Perform it in one and a half rep style to increase the time under tension and get more from the exerise. Perform this for a minute and move right into the third exercise in our mechanical drop set for your chest which is the squeeze press. Here you want to squeeze the ends of a single dumbbell as if you are trying to get them to disintegrate in your hands! Rep out as fast as you can here and see if you can last the entire minute. Don’t stop squeezing if you want to maximize the focus on the chest rather than the triceps. Take a one minute break and get right back to the one and a half rep dumbbell chest pullovers for a minute, and another minute of the floor flys. Finish the workout with the twisting spiderman pushup. Don’t worry if you can’t do the knee up version of this. The key is to rotate your torso away from the side of the pecs that you want to eccentrically overload. Continue alternating each side for the final minute, making sure to elongate the time that you are in the lowering phase to keep the tension at its highest. The sore in 6 series continues with a brutal tricep workout that is designed to push your muscles to the limit in just 6 minutes. By using the right tricep exercises at the right time, you will see just how much more effective you can be making your workouts. This one starts with two sets of dumbbells and an adjustable bench. You will put the bench on an incline and pick up the lighter of the two pairs of dumbbells. In general, this weight should be half of what you usually use for a 10-12 rep set of lying dumbbell tricep extensions. To kick this off you will be performing the lying tricep extension, except this time from an incline. The incline allows you to safely protect your shoulder from too much elevation, if you are someone that experiences shoulder pain and discomfort. This tricep exercise is going to be performed in “21” style, with the first seven reps being done in the top of the range of motion, the second seven reps in the bottom of the range, and the final seven performed through the full range. Make sure to slow down the eccentric contraction on the full reps to really stress the long head of the triceps and overload the tension you deliver to the muscle. Once done, immediately transition to be face down on the same incline bench and grab the same pair of dumbbells just used. This time you will be performing a triceps dumbbell extension. Aim to keep the upper arm behind the body the whole time to maximize the shortening of the tricep muscle. If you can no longer perform reps during this one minute period, try to simply lock out the arms and hold them for the remaining time. Next grab the heavier set of dumbbells and lower the bench to a flat position. Lay back and perform the bench press / eccentric lowering tricep extension. The positive portion of the lift is used to assist your triceps in getting the weights into positoin for the next eccentric repetition only. Do as many as you can until your triceps can no longer safely control the weight. This whole circuit is then repeated one more time for a total duration of 6 minutes for this tricep workout. Remember, this is a brutally intense routine and is one that you do not want to do every time you workout your triceps. In fact, this is meant to be a plateau buster to shock your muscles into soreness without being a regular workout. All of the Sore in 6 workouts are to be looked at and treated that way.
