I have received many questions how to dress and look better if you have thick legs. I would not use this harsh (I.e. fat) word, however, I am directly addressing this issue and really would like everyone who is searching for this information to find the answer in this video. So please do not take it as an abuse, it is for the sake of more accurate discovery. I am sharing with you 10 tips as a guide, rather than restrictions, on how to make your legs look leaner and balanced and it is up to you in what extent you want to follow the guidance. A soft bed or sofa won’t work – it's better to use a fitness mat on the floor. Put the rolled towel behind you. - Gently lie down on your back holding the towel so that it is across your body directly under your waist. Exactly under your navel! - Spread your legs shoulder-width apart and bring the feet together making them look in-toed. Your big toes should be pointed toward one another. Your heels should be 8 to 10 inches apart (20-25 cm). - Straighten your arms by the head, turn them palms down, and connect your pinkies. - Now all you need to do is hold this position for 5 minutes. - After that, stand up gently not to hurt yourself as your bones and joints slightly move during the exercise. - Your hands, legs, and the towel should be in the correct positions. - It's difficult to hold this position for 5 minutes in the beginning, so you can perform the exercise for 2 to 3 minutes. You will notice the results in a month! - This technique is a great alternative to posture correction practices. Also, you will significantly shrink your waist and get the perfect belly. Box 17963 Chicago IL 60617 "Saddlebags" are an optical illusion, an underdeveloped area just under your tush where the back of your thigh (your hamstring) “ties into” your glutes. We call this area the "glute-hamstring tie-in." When the muscles of this area are underdeveloped, the area becomes soft, fat accumulates, and it falls outward to the side, causing the appearance of what people refer to as "saddlebags." The solution here is to strengthen the muscles that lay under the body fat in this region. This makes the corresponding muscle stronger and more metabolically active, thereby pulling up and inward on the area. Muscle is also a great way to combat extra body fat. Workout : 2 Sets | 30 Seconds Reps | 15 Second Break 1. Inner Thigh Leg Lift 2. Squat and Lateral Raise 3. Doggy Style (Fire Hydrant) 4. Clam Shell How To: -Inner Thigh Leg Raise: Lying on your side, lengthen your bottom leg and cross your top leg over it. Rest either your knee or foot on the floor. Prop your head up with your hand, or rest your head on your arm. As you exhale, lift your bottom leg up, and inhale as you lower it back down. Your torso should stay still while you do this. Do AMAP reps, then repeat on the other side. -Doggy Style (Fire Hydrant) Position yourself on your hands and knees on the ground. This will be your starting position. Keeping the knee in a bent position, abduct the femur, moving your knee away from the midline of the body. Pause at the top of the motion, and then slowly return to the starting position. Perform this slowly for a number of repetitions, and repeat on the other side. -Clam Shell Keep the spine in a neutral position – neither arched or hunched. Keep the hips stacked vertically one on top of the other, and perfectly still while you perform this movement. This ensures the glutes provide the movement, not the hips. Slow, controlled movement while maintaining a mental focus on the butt muscles will make this exercise most effective. Squeeze the glutes and pause for a moment at the top of the movement to work the butt even more. -Squat and Lateral Leg Lift Stand with your feet shoulder-width distance apart, feet parallel. Hold your hands out in front of you for balance. Bend your knees, lowering your hips deeply so your thighs are parallel with the floor, keeping your weight back in your heels. Then rise back up, straightening the legs completely and lifting the left leg out to the side, squeezing the outer glute. As you step the foot back into shoulder-width distance position, squat down again. Then stand up and do a side leg lift on the right side. Lower the leg back to the starting position. This counts as one rep. Here are 7 more tips to lose weight even faster: Eat a high-protein breakfast. Avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice. Drink water a half hour before meals. Eat soluble fiber. Drink coffee or tea. (hold the sugar) Eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods. Eat your food slowly. ATTENTION: You should consult your physician or other health care professional before starting this or any other fitness program to determine if it is right for your needs. How to Eliminate Fat Deposits on Your Legs and Thighs

Most people - especially women - who have a pear-shaped build are genetically inclined to accumulate excess fat around their thighs and hips. You an conceal excess fat deposits on your legs when it’s cooler outside, but they're difficult to hide at other times. Targeted resistance, cardio exercises, and fat cell reduction creams combined with a clean diet can help you lose a lot of that extra leg fat. CARDIO: You can burn fat all over, including your legs, with a cardio exercise regimen. Exercises such as stair-climbing, swimming, walking and jogging are some of the best. Aim for working out at least 60 to 90 minutes four or five days a week for optimum fat loss results, including on your thighs and legs. Also, do interval training a minimum of at least two of those cardio sessions a week. Take any of your favorite cardio exercises, increase the intensity, then follow with an immediate decrease in intensity for one or three minutes at a time. Run for two minutes and walk for one, or swim for two minutes and recover for two minutes. Aim for at least 30 minutes of interval training per session. RESISTANCE: You can tone your leg muscles with targeted strength training. Use lunges, plie squats, leg lifts, squat jumps and sumo squats to firm up your thighs. This won't directly burn off fat the way cardio does, but lean muscle mass improves the appearance of your thighs and helps you burn more calories, even when you are not working out. Engage in at least two or three full-body resistance training programs per week. REDUCING CREAMS: Contrary to popular belief, certain fat cell reducing lotions and creams actually burn fat just under your skin.
