Super Mario World Video Walkthrough
This is a video walkthrough / playthrough / runthrough / etc of the SNES game Super Mario World. I suppose it's more of a playthrough / runthrough since I do fly through a lot of stages with the blue Yoshi. However, I do go through every single stage (sometimes twice) and find all the various exits. The only stage I don't do is the front door of the final stage. I figured I might as well make things easier and just use the other entrance. This was almost a perfect run more or less. I do get hit once or twice which wasn't that big of a deal, and there's only a few times I had to go back and get another blue Yoshi (most of the time I had to sacrifice him for the greater good.....Muhahahahaha!!) But in the end, I think I did a good job. I don't do anything too fancy, except for maybe on the Cheese Brridge Area. But having played this game since it first came out over and over again, I learned a thing or two. This is one of those games that never gets old. The same can be said for quite a few of the first party games on the SNES. Good stuff....

SMW Moon Edition - Super Top Secret Area
Download: http://danjb.com/files/mario/smwme.zip Please bear in mind that this hack is UNFINISHED and probably glitchy. Hopefully one day I'll have time to finish it but I've released it in its current state for now due to popular demand. --- A level from my hack, Super Mario World Moon Edition. Bear in mind that this is my first hack, and although I have gone back and polished a lot of the levels, some of them are still a little... unconventional. For some reason this particular video got super popular even though this level is a blatant rip-off of the "secret Laser Suit" hack. This is a custom level made with Lunar Magic, recorded with ZSnes using save states.

[LONGPLAY] SNES - Super Mario All-Stars - Super Mario Bros 3 (HD)
Played by xRavenXP (me) This is the longplay of the Super Mario Bros. 3 game, originally released for the NES in 1988 in Japan, 1990 in the United States and in 1991 in Europe, and re-released in the collection Super Mario All-Stars, being a game that brought the games of Super Mario from the NES for the Super Nintendo. The story begins in a period where, thanks to the efforts of Mario and Luigi, the Kingdom of the Mushroom was at peace. However, this same kingdom forms an entrance to the World of Mushrooms, where things go from bad to worse. Bowser sent his seven children to the different worlds to do their mischief as they pleased. There, each one of them stole the scepters of the kings and turned them into animals. It is now up to our fellow plumbers to retrieve the scepters and return the kings to their original forms with the help of Princess Peach, who communicates with the heroes through letters. All, however, was nothing more than a distraction so that Bowser could capture Princess Peach. With this "whimsical" story, we begin our adventure in the World of Mushrooms. Unlike previous titles, in this game for the first time we have a map of each world to explore and secrets to discover, as well as inventory of items that can be used before entering the stages and items that we can win in mini games or in the houses mushroom Items ranging from simple mushrooms, even items that modify the shape of heroes, such as the Raccoon Leaf (which allows flying), Tanuki Suit (allows to fly and become a statue), Frog Suit (grants more agility in the water ) and Hammer Bros. Suit (lets you shoot picks at enemies), Flute (to advance stages), Cloud (to go through a stage without having to play it) and the Music Box (which makes the Hammer Bros go through them without having to face them). This is the SNES version, included in Super Mario All-Stars cartridge with enhancements in graphics and sounds. Super Mario Bros 3 is one of my favorite games of all time and one of the best selling! There are so many secrets in this game that it is difficult to show everything, but all the video was done playing all the phases. Hope you like it.

8 SECRET HIDDEN LEVELS In Super Mario World (Cheat Code Access)
Did you know there are levels you can't access in Super Mario World For Super Nintendo unless you use a Game Genie Code or Action Replay to access it? 7 of these levels are pretty short but the 8th secret level is Bowser's Castle in which you can fight most of the bosses in the game. It would have been cool to have a Boss Fight room unlocked after beating the game. A lot of these levels seem to be "Test" Levels that the developers left in and only can be access with Game Genie Codes (or maybe other ways as well?) Super Mario Bros. 3 (NES) Complete Walkthrough
To celebrate my recent admittance into YouTube Partnership Program, here it is a complete walk-through of the best NES game ever, for me at least. Hope you'll like it! More to come...stay tuned! Super Mario Bros. 3 (スーパーマリオブラザーズ3 Sūpā Mario Burazāzu Surī?) is a platform video game developed and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES), and is the third game in the Super Mario series. The game was released in Japan in 1988, in the United States in 1990, and in Europe in 1991. Development was handled by Nintendo Entertainment Analysis and Development, led by Shigeru Miyamoto, who directed the game along with Takashi Tezuka. The game focuses on Mario and his brother Luigi, who embark to a quest to save Princess Peach and the rulers of seven different kingdoms from the series' primary antagonist, Bowser, and his children, the Koopalings. The two must traverse a total of eight separate regions in order to restore order to the Mushroom World. Super Mario Bros. 3 builds on the gameplay of previous Mario games by introducing new power-ups used to augment character abilities, establishing several conventions that have also been featured in later titles of the franchise. Prior to its North American release, gameplay footage from Super Mario Bros. 3 appeared in the Universal Studios film The Wizard, which helped to fuel anticipation amongst fans. The game was an instant commercial success, ultimately becoming one of the best-selling video games of all time. Super Mario Bros. 3 was also well received by critics and has ranked highly in numerous "greatest games of all time" lists. The title's popularity resulted in a short-lived animated television show, and it has since been ported to several of Nintendo's later consoles -- notably as part of Super Mario All-Stars for the SNES, which featured an updated version that would also subsequently be used for Super Mario Advance 4. Seeing how well the NES Classic sold and how many people complain about its lack of availability, it only makes sense for Nintendo to cash in on some nostalgia by re-releasing their amazing Super Nintendo console as the SNES Classic. Now we all know the SNES Classic will be much smaller than the original Super Nintendo and it will include 20 of our favourite games, but there are plenty of lesser known features anyone interested in purchasing the SNES Classic should know. Of course, we can go on and on about how awesome Super Mario World, Kirby Super Star and The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past will look in glorious high-definition, but what’s the fun in that? We all know these game will run and look great so in this video, we’re going to be focusing on the he facts you may not know about the SNES Classic. Unlike in the original SNES, you can save your game at any time using the suspend point slots. If you lost your controller, it’s not a problem. Just use your NES classic controller instead. You can get free Green Potions by tossing an empty bottle into the fairy pond in either the Waterfall of Wishing or the Pyramid of Power. [00:52] They Say Eating Fish Makes You Smart. After draining the pond surrounding the Swamp Ruins, the fish that appears can be picked up and tossed into any body of water, and in return, you'll get 20 rupees. If you take it to the guy who sold you the bottle at the beginning, you'll get 20 rupees plus other goodies. [04:40] Free Magic Decanter. You can freeze certain enemies with the Ice Rod (Gibdos, for example), and then crush them with the Magic Hammer to get a large magic decanter. This well-known trick is explained by a telepathic tile in a cave east of Level 5: Ice Palace. [05:30] Turn a Cucco into a Lady. Two houses within Kakariko Village have pots that hide cuccos underneath them. However, you can only turn one of them into a lady by sprinkling some Magic Powder. She'll then scold you for this and wishes she could return to her cucco form. [06:20] Cucco Attack Self-Explanatory. [07:00] Blacksmiths' Helper(?) The two blacksmiths will rebuke you if you whip out that Magic Hammer and using it on the welding table. [07:27] Mario Time! There are some references to the Super Mario series in this game, notably Chain Chomps and Warp Pipes found in Level 7: Turtle Rock, and Mario paintings hung on the walls of some Kakariko houses. If you pull on them, you'll be knocked back and rupees will scatter all over the floor. Though not shown in the video, you can also pull on the Pyramid statues and on the Turtle Rock's right foot to find secret rupees. [07:46] Chris Houlihan's Room Chris Houlihan won a Nintendo Power contest a long time ago and had his name put in the game as part of a prize. This room is not accessible in the GBA version, it has to be done on the SNES version. You have to perform a series of well-timed dashes (I recommend first timers start from Kakariko Village), and if you get lucky, you'll land in Chris Houlihan's room.

Follow Shesez on Twitter: https://twitter.com/boundarybreak Special thanks to John Santos, who (with the exception of Donut Plains) produced all the great 8-bit Mario covers featured in this video! DISCLAIMER: Features great and nostalgic material from Super Mario Bros (1985), Legend of Zelda (1986) and Super Mario 64 (1996). Makes also reference to ideas from the Super Mario series, and F Zero (1990). SPOILER ALERT: ... This video is almost entirely animated (with the exception of the footage in the background of the ‘Goomba the Quick’ static image where Mario is running, and the footage from Super Mario 64), even in places you wouldn’t think it necessarily (notice Mario’s slightly incorrect color palette throughout). Not one of the ‘secrets’ featured are real, and were all staged for this April fools day special 😉 However we hope you have enjoyed our love letter to the Mario series, and to the NES' magical style regardless! Let's Play Mario is Missing! Video Walkthrough SNES (Part 1)
Welcome to my newest video walkthrough: Mario's Missing! This video walkthrough will take you through the little known, lesser liked Mario is Missing for the Super Nintendo. This obscure title is Luigi's first starring role, and though you may expect it to develop Luigi's character a bit in a platforming role, it's actually a edutanment title about geography. Stuck in Bowser's Castle (who's on Antartica trying to melt it), you have access to five doors. In each door, you must: a. Destroy turtles until you recover stolen artifacts. b. Return the three artifacts by answering history questions. c. Figure out where you are in the world so you can move Yoshi there and return to Bowser's castle. Rinse and repeat five times until you "fight" the koopa kid for the floor you're on and move to the next floor. This goes on for fifteen cities. As you can tell from watching, this game got horrible reviews, though I loved it as a kid for some reason. Without further ado, here's Mario's Missing for the Super Nintendo! Thanks for watching! CITIES COVERED: -Rome, Italy -Beijing, China (Part 1/2)

[LONGPLAY] SNES - Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island "100%" (HD, 60FPS)
Played by xRavenXP (me) This is a longplay of the game Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island, released in Japan in August 1995 and October 1995 in the North America. The game is a prequel to Super Mario World, where the player this time controls only Yoshi, who must accompany Mario still baby through six worlds, in order to reunite him with his brother Luigi, who had been kidnapped by henchmen of Baby Bowser. The game is simply one of the most fantastic and beautiful of Super Nintendo, using a special chip called Super FX, which gives fantastic graphics that appear to have been designed by hand. This video is totally 100%, I collected all the flowers, red coins and stars in the stages. I hope you enjoy this video.

Super Mario Bros. (1985) Full Walkthrough NES Gameplay [Nostalgia]
Super Mario Bros. (スーパーマリオブラザーズ Sūpā Mario Burazāzu?) is a 1985 platform video game internally developed by Nintendo EAD and published by Nintendo as a pseudo-sequel to the 1983 game Mario Bros. It was originally released in Japan for the Family Computer on September 13, 1985, and later for the Nintendo Entertainment System in North America in 1985, Europe on May 15, 1987 and Australia in 1987. It is the first of the Super Mario series of games. In Super Mario Bros., the player controls Mario and in a two-player game, a second player controls Mario's brother Luigi as he travels through the Mushroom Kingdom in order to rescue Princess Toadstool from the antagonist Bowser. The game has been highly influential, popularizing the side-scrolling genre. In 2005, IGN's poll named it as The Greatest Game Of All Time. The game also sold enormously well, and was the best-selling game of all time for approximately three decades, until Wii Sports took that title. The commercial success of Super Mario Bros. has caused it to be ported to almost every one of Nintendo's major gaming consoles. Nintendo released special red variants of the Wii and Nintendo DSi XL consoles in re-packaged, Mario-themed, limited edition bundles in late 2010 as part of the 25th anniversary of the game's release.

Just a few secrets and things from World 1. If you stay to the end, you'll see how to get the coin ship, as well as how to warp from World 1 to 8 with only 2 whistles! It can only be gotten in Worlds 1, 3, 5, and 6 The purpose of showing level 1-6 was just to show you can fly over everything. More of these will be coming eventually! This was played on an emulator but did not use any slow-downs (frame-by-frame editing) at any time. Save states were used merely for visual quality purposes and time saving. The song is the Jason Chow remix of "How Do You Do!" by Cascada.

Super Mario Bros. 2 USA - Mario Madness (NES) HD Complete Walkthrough
With this game, I've completed every NES Mario platform...oh wait, there's still that fake Super Mario World for NES out there...maybe someday I'll take an eye on it... (From Wiki) Super Mario Bros. 2, later released in Japan as Super Mario USA, is a platform game developed and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo Entertainment System as a sequel to the 1985 game Super Mario Bros. Super Mario Bros. 2 initially started out as a demo for a vertically scrolling, two-player, cooperative-action game that was scrapped. The reasons included the technical limitations of the NES hardware making it difficult to produce a polished game featuring a vertical orientation and multiplayer features conceived for the project. It was decided to add more Mario-like elements, such as horizontal levels (though many vertically-oriented levels were retained in the final project). Since the game had gone through some development, Nintendo created the game Yume Kōjō: Doki Doki Panic for the Family Computer Disk System during its agreement with the Fuji Television company. The game was changed in order to fit with the theme of the mascots of the company and their adventure. After Nintendo of America had concluded that the Japanese version of Super Mario Bros. 2 was too difficult, Nintendo redeveloped Yume Kōjō: Doki Doki Panic into Super Mario Bros. 2 for the international market outside of Japan. The game became a commercial success, and eventually the game became well received enough that it was also released in Japan as well. After performing successful sales, Super Mario Bros. 2 has since been considered a classic Super Mario Bros. game around the world (including Japan), and has since been released in many remakes including to being one of the Mario games featured in Super Mario All-Stars, and as well as having its own remake in Super Mario Advance. Gameplay Super Mario Bros. 2 is set in the dream-land known as Subcon. Mario's task is to free Subcon from Wart, the game's final boss. The game is a side-scrolling platform game. At the beginning of each stage, the player is given a choice of four protagonists to control: Mario, Luigi, Toad, and Princess Toadstool. Each character has different strengths: Mario runs faster; Luigi can jump the highest of the four; Toad can run and pluck vegetables the fastest but is the poorest jumper; and Peach can jump the farthest, due to her ability to hover for a short time, though she is the slowest runner and slowest at plucking items from the ground. All characters have the ability to increase the height of their jump by ducking briefly before they jump. Unlike the previous and following Mario games, no enemies can be defeated by jumping on them. Instead, the player character must throw objects at enemies, such as vegetables plucked from the ground. Certain opponents can be picked up and thrown as well, and several levels feature blocks marked with the word "POW", which when picked up and thrown kill all the enemies on screen at impact, similar to the one in Mario Bros. The game features a life meter, a then-unusual feature in the series. The player begins each stage with two points of health, represented by red hexagons (in remakes, they are shaped like hearts), and can increase the number of health points in the meter by collecting mushrooms. Health can be replenished by floating hearts, which appear after a certain number of opponents have been defeated. The invincibility star from the previous game appears, with a player needing to collect five pairs of cherries to acquire it. Each stage contains one or more hidden flasks of potion. When plucked and thrown, a potion creates a door to Sub-Space, an alternate world in which coins are collected instead of vegetables when plucked. The mushrooms used to increase the health meter can also be found here. The player automatically leaves Sub-Space after a short time. The coins collected are used in a slot machine mini-game played between stages. This mini-game is the chief means of obtaining additional lives. In addition to the mushrooms and slot machine coins, several Sub-Spaces are also used as warp zones; these involve the use of vases as pipes. Reception Super Mario Bros. 2 sold ten million copies, and was the third highest-selling game ever released on the Nintendo Entertainment System at that time. Nintendo Power listed Super Mario Bros. 2 as the eighth best Nintendo Entertainment System video game, mentioning that in spite of not being originally a Mario game, it was able to stand on its own merits and its unique takes on the series' trademark format. Super Mario Bros. 2 was ranked 108th out of 200 of the "Greatest Games of Their Time" by Electronic Gaming Monthly. Source: Wikipedia
