Molested by a public servant who seems to be more self serving than serving for the citizens greater good.
This incident took place at a building which has been allocated by US, THE PEOPLE, as a location which provides a number of government funded social services to the citizens of the region.
I had arrived within a few minutes of closing time for the building, and am not certain if it was 3:55, 4:05, or 4:00 exactly. In any case, the doors were not locked and I had no problem opening the doors and walking in. I headed up the first flight of stairs towards an area of the building I was to be meeting a friend so I could drive her home. I got to the top of the stairs and tried to open the door at the top and found the door was locked. This is when I heard the security guard at the ground level say "sir, everything's closed." I replied by letting him know it was alright I was just picking up my friend and was looking for her. I started back down the stairs and when I got to the lobby the security guard was standing there as if to confront me and usher me out the door. I asked if i could help him with something, trying to make a point that he had no reason to be confronting me as he was doing. He replied by saying rudely "no, the buildings closed you need to leave." I told him to drop the attitude as I wasn't causing any problems and was already leaving anyways. I had given him no reason to think II was a problem, or that wasn't going to leave or something. There were also lots of other people and employees making their way out of the building themselves still at this time. He took offense to me telling him to drop the power trip attitude and physically put his hand on me to literally usher me on my way out. I immediately turned around to face him and told him not to touch me. This happened right at the front doors of the place. I took his physical contact with me as a step way over the line, and I told him to get out of my personal space and that I felt threatened by his aggressiveness. He then started acting super security guard-like and put up one hand as if to defend himself against me and had his other hand on his belt, which I think was probably on a bottle of pepper spray or some other pussy a$$ weapon. Using this stance, he repeatedly told me to leave, acting super aggressively towards me. At this point we were both already outside, so I took out my phone and started recording as a way to provide my own safety in the situation. I told him I wasn't in the building and wasn't going anywhere until I spoke to the cops or his supervisor about this kinda garbage aggressiveness from this guy.
I never did anything physically towards him except stand my ground on the sidewalk, and he had never at that point even identified himself to me. Basically he was just a random guy assaulting me in a public building. Eventually he lost his patience with telling me to leave and being filmed, and he lunged at me, hitting my phone out of my hand. The phone hit the cement and the battery fell out of it. I picked it up and started recording again. This is where the footage picks up, as the first clip unfortunately didn't save because he slapped the phone to the ground while it was recording. The screen was cracked because of this but the phone still functions otherwise.
The clip ends after I felt he was beginning to get really aggressive with me and might take another swing at me, as he was getting in my face and actually made physical contact with me again, as you can see in the end of the footage him trying to grab my phone. I think the guy knew at this point he might have done some stuff he shouldn't have and was trying to get me to leave without a supervisor or the cops getting involved.. I mean.. this confrontation was a good 10 minutes or so and nobody but this guy ever showed up.. I'm still unsure if I should call this guys supervisor to get my phone replaced, or just let it go. I know how cops and their kind can 'protect their own kind' in this sort of situation, and he could cry rape.. and say I raped him before he raped me kinda thing... or he raped me, but I liked it, so it doesn't count. That's how these losers usually operate. I mean.. listen to his cries of 'you assaulted me first!' haha what a joke this guy..
This little fellow needs to get his ego in check, and also check himself before he gets chin checked by someone who finds him off duty and without his clown car full of clown crew buddies. Tough guy stuff isn't popular anymore, and never was. Its time we the people start standing up against this kind of attitude by the security establishment currently in place. This kind of security isn't secure at all, and when clowns like this get their heads fully inflated like this, it's a recipe for disaster.
