Dr. Sylvia Earle. Perhaps the most famous ocean explorer next to Jacques Cousteau. Living legend according to the Library of Congress.

I think the cinematographer did an excellent job and the information was new to me, but the narrator sounded terrible. Bland, boring, flat. It sounds like Jodie Foster. Anyone know who it is?

I don't see the problem with boring narration, if you want excitement go watch someone getting flung off a motorcycle! If you want boring stay here. What'll it take to keep your attention? A meth addict talking 300 words per minute with his balls hooked up to a car battery?

Sounds like Murphy brown.

oh you want the other guy who goes "look at that mother fucking tiny ass squid! Isn't it coooool? rad" For the 1st time in a long time I found one of these educational instead of repulsively childish. I actually got caught up in what she was saying.

It's a she, I can't remember her name but she's a really famous oceanographer/marine biologist. So that's why they chose her, but ya she makes it kind of boring..
