The only tattoo I have is on my left wrist. It says in black ink, "DONOR." I am too ugly to get decorative tattoos. But perhaps someone may benefit from my healthy organs should I meet my untimely death. My ugly carcass can provide life for a beautiful person.
Some of the people these are on clearly have them, just because.
This demonstrates why research is key.
However, someone over here in uk having a crown on them and being linked to Latin Kings is kind've a push.
You forgot the "cupcake with candles" tattoo ... which represents a wife's infidelity, each candle represents her lovers, a lit one is for how many times she has been caught. Also keep in mind the husband is the wearer of this tattoo.
THERE ARE SO MANY WANNA' BE CUNT MONKEYS WITH THESE TATTOOS THAT THEY NO LONGER MEAN SHIT,...AND NONE OF THE "ACTUAL MEMBERS" EVER DO SHIT ABOUT THE CANDY-ASS BITCHES THAT NEVER DID SHIT TO EARN THEM SO, JUST ANY ASSWIPE CAN PAY TO HAVE ONE DONE, AND ALL THEY MEAN IS THAT YOU ARE A SAD DOUCHE WITH DISPOSABLE INCOME.
I can understand how the gang tattoos could spell trouble for someone who isn't part of the club, but some of the others? Not so much. Cobwebs are good filler. The only other thing I've seen round the elbow has been stars.
A tear drop if filled in is diff then a hollow one. Which side of face also equals that. A wolf head tattoo. = You stand on own, tough. A 5 point star on knees = you bow to no man. A 5 points on your pecs = you stood up or killed an authority. A castle on chest = many many years served. That's the Russian ones. Many hitmen have the lone wolf tattoo the Odinokiyvolk. They usually get about 10years. Most Russians don't do the tear drops to say kills. Other systems. And in America it is a web tattoo that tells years served.
I'm a tattooist and I've done cobwebs on the elbows and other places and tears and none of them had been in prison.also done five point crowns and it means nothing here.same as sleeves with decks of cards and the black ball.never got any of them into trouble.people must be very shallow nowadays
I have no issue at all with tattoos in general. I do think it sad, though, if a person chooses to mark their body with a symbol that represents either the worst things they have done in their lives or any gang affiliation, which simply shows an inability to make it in the real life "game", a certain immaturity or mental instability or lack of emotional control or inability to control impulses or to think in terms of consequences of anything they say or do. I never want to judge anyone by the best or worst thing they have ever done, and I would like to think these people could choose otherwise, but it seems many do not, and I do understand that long stints in prisons or life there is a whole other culture than most of us enjoy. The rate of incarcerations in the US and in Russia is very very sad to me. Why do we insist on caging other humans for infractions? Especially in the case of non-violent crimes, there ARE other options that would benefit rather than tax society to the degree prisons do, and NObody should be profiting by building prisons, privatizing them and using them to store other human beings. sad situation to me
I've got all kinds of tattoos, spider webs, skulls, crosses, snake. I could care less what someone in prison thinks of them or anyone else for that matter. Tattoos done at a professional shop mean one thing.....money.
Some of these are prison tats not all not even most. Spider web started in prison not really a staple of it anymore. Very main stream. Tears mean something but also depends on style. Solid killed a person, hollow mourning. Crowns various gangs depending on design. Big no. Used to want one cause i dig imagery. Three dots not a big deal anyone can have that. Clocks won't get you jammed up. Crosses are very common. That may be issue in Russia as it described culture there but no where else. Trouble is ones that are common in tat culture with other meanings inside. Many of mine had to be explained. Fri 13th tats bad if you get arrested. Where it is on body, your skin color could present different issues. Diamonds are common now different meaning to various groups based on design. Lightning just don't. Spades. Clovers. So many things. Know what your getting if your not about that life. Don't get arrested.
ALL TATS SUCK!!! Who the fuck 1. Wants to make themselves MORE ARRESTABLE 2. Cement themselves to something they liked when they were 18 3. Be like everybody else!!! 4. Now "Outlaws" don't do tats!!! 5. If you want ART buy some CRAYONS!!!
Other than the teardrop tattoo (which is probably the most well known) and the ACAB tattoo, you'd literally have to stretch your mind to hell and back to associate every single one of these tattoos with gangs. Maybe some people wanna pay tribute to their religion, someone they look up to, or they just like the general aesthetic of it. I'm more than aware that I'm just being a whiny bitch, but I really hate videos like this because it fuels the whole mindset that the tattoo industry is flooded with criminals or gangsters.
In Denmark the three dot tattoo symbolises Faith, Hope and Love and has usually been worn by danish sailors and fishermen. My cousin had them and he used to be in the navy and then worked as a fisherman with his father. I have three dots in the crevis between my thumb and index finger. I have them as a momento of my cousin that died 12 years ago now, but as I knew what it means in other countries I placed it where I can "hide" it more easily
I saw someone with the spider web tattoo yesterday in a Super Market and nearly asked him what it meant... Thanks in future I won't ask :-/ Oh my I've also asked people what the stars meant too ! OMG No wonder they won't answer ...

10. “The Road Not Taken” by Robert Frost (1874-1963)
Two roads diverged in a yellow wood, And sorry I could not travel both And be one traveler, long I stood And looked down one as far as I could To where it bent in the undergrowth;
Then took the other, as just as fair, And having perhaps the better claim, Because it was grassy and wanted wear; Though as for that the passing there Had worn them really about the same,
And both that morning equally lay In leaves no step had trodden black. Oh, I kept the first for another day! Yet knowing how way leads on to way, I doubted if I should ever come back.
I shall be telling this with a sigh Somewhere ages and ages hence: Two roads diverged in a wood, and I— I took the one less traveled by, And that has made all the difference.
Meaning of the Poem.
This poem deals with that big noble question of “How to make a difference in the world?” On first reading, it tells us that the choice one makes really does matter, ending: “I took the one less traveled by, / And that has made all the difference.”
